Centralia College is trying to expand the number of international students they have, but this comes with a need for more families who are willing to host one of these students. If you are interested in this opportunity, you must meet a couple requirements: you must provide a private room for the student, comfortable bed and bedding, a closet and drawers to store clothing and personal items in, and a desk and chair with a suitable lamp for study periods. Each host family receives a stipend from the college. Host periods can be from a single quarter, to a whole year. If you are interested in this, contact Denise Costello. Her email address is email@example.com.
We make quilts for at-risk children. We meet on the 1st and 3rd mondays of each month 10-12 noon. Consider joining us for a great time of fun and fellowship.

Our little free panty is available to all who need something to eat. Pick up something to eat or leave something for someone else. Beverages are especially helpful during the summer months.
Lion's Club Eyeglass Recycling
Do you have one or two old pairs of eyeglasses that you can no longer use? We have a wonderful use for them. The Lion's Club can repurpose them for children and adults around the world who ordinarily have no access to eyeglasses. Bring your old eyeglasses to the church and drop them off into the marked bin in teh hallway by the sanctuary. Thank-you in advance for your donation!
